The first page reads: Bushi quanshu revised by the Tanyi zhai 談易齊. On the left of the same page there is a statement:

We have invited Mr. Yao Baiyu 姚百愚 to suppress what is unnecessary and to put in a supplement. It should be quite different from other books of this kind. First of all, one might make use of it to fathom the profound secret of the ancient sages, and then to scrutinize the hidden subtlety of diverse [philosophical] schools . . . .

The Latin inscription on the cover reads: “Lib. mutationum Y-king (1^us ex canonicis).” Wieger’s catalogue (WH) gives: “Liber mutationum. 1^us ex canonicis ge kiam ye kim i.e. quotidiana libri classici ye kim sive mutationum ac productionum explicatio ab Imper. Kam-hi in lucem ed. 18t, 16 vol., 23 x 15.” The title page bears a red seal in seal style characters: 經筵日講.

This is in reality the first volume (two ce bound together) of the Yijing daquan (Zhouyi daquan or Zhouyi zhuanyi daquan 周易傳義大全), mentioned in the previous number (I, 20).
The title page mentions the reviser (Xu Jiuyi), the title and the publisher (the Juxian shuwu in Suzhou): 徐九一先生訂 | 易經大全 | 古吳菊僊書屋藏板. For Xu Qian (zi Jiuyi), see Jap-Sin II, 94.
The book begins with a preface to the Zhouyi by Cheng Yi 程頤 (1033–1107), the general contents of the Zhouyi daquan, an introduction to the Zhouyi zhuanyi daquan, the shi ceremonies 筮儀, the meaning of each chapter, five poems in praise of the yi, diagrams on the yi, by Zhu Xi 朱熹.
