Working as a business consultant, I saw that the forces affecting supply chains are more complex than most business managers realize. I am interested in supply chain management and its interface with operations and finance. I have found it useful to apply principles of game theory and contract theory to managing supply chains, and I use experimental models to understand how financial constraints affect supply chains at the operational level.
