The Heights below

This 1963 illustration created for Boston College's 100th anniversary fund-raising campaign, "Strength in Excellence," shows structures that were to be funded by gifts. Several imagined structures were never built (including a theater and fine arts center and University Chapel, both near St. Mary's Hall), while others were completed, but to different specifications (McGuinn Hall, Higgins Hall, O'Neill Library, and Lower Campus residence halls).
