By the early 1970s, the upper reservoir had been completely filled in, and the University had built the Flynn Recreation Complex (1972), Ignacio and Rubenstein Halls for resident students (1973), and the Mods (1970). Edmond's Hall (1975) was being constructed when this photograph was taken.
