Michael Bourque became head of Boston College’s Office of Information Technology, with its staff of 200, in January 2010. Over two days in early spring, he led @BC on a tour of the University’s main data center in St. Clement’s Hall—from the former chapel’s 24-hour skybox command post and multi-tasking blade servers to the rivers of wiring beneath the floor.
