"Yingzao fashi 營造法式 (Treatise on architectural methods). Li Jie 李誡, (?-1110). completed in 1100; prnt., 1103; rpnt., 1145. The Yingzao fashi was lost in the early sixteenth century and only came to light when a manuscript copy was found in 1919. Li was vice-minister in the Board of Construction and supervisor of the construction and maintenance of government buildings in the capital Bianliang (modern Kaifeng)..." Cf.
