Dear Connell School community, The 2009–2010 academic year was a fabulous one for the Connell School of Nursing (CSON). Our faculty and students were recognized for outstanding scholarship. We received grants for new programs and awards for research, and we were elected to leadership positions in nursing. We looked back, recalling the life and career of Dean Emeritus Rita P. Kelleher, and focused on what's ahead, including our new pediatric palliative care program, the first of its kind in the country. We hope you take pride and satisfaction in being a part of the CSON community and the highlights of the past year outlined in this year in review.
