Dear Members of the Boston College Community:

You may recall that the celebration of Boston College’s founding in 1863 began with a Mass at Fenway Park on September 15, 2012. I write now to invite you to the close of our Sesquicentennial activities, which will occur at the Baccalaureate Mass for mid-year graduates and their families. This event will take place at the Church of St. Ignatius on Thursday, December 12, at 4:00 p.m.

Commemorating the 150th anniversary of Boston College has brought thousands of alumni, parents, and friends together for prayer, symposia, lectures, and service projects. I thank all who participated and helped make our Sesquicentennial Celebration so impressive and meaningful.
