The students were amazing, helpful, enthusiastic and just what an incoming freshman needed to feel comfortable. While my son Louis registered the team of students completely emptied my very overpacked vehicle. This was a far cry from my oldest son Paul’s move in day at Kostka just five years ago. What a great idea and thanks very much to all who volunteered. It really was fabulous!

We pulled up in our car and immediately were greeted by an enthusiastic group of student volunteers who were delighted to see that my son had packed everything in only 3 (rather heavy) suitcases. They took care of moving luggage into Kostka while we checked in at the registration area in another building. Well organized, well done! Thank you for making the experience so convenient.

This is a totally different experience from what I encountered back in the 80s when there was very little assistance. Many of us were receiving parking tickets since all of the unloading areas in front of the dorms were in no parking zones – frustrating. Glad to see that things have improved tremendously in this area. Thanks for the great slideshow!
