Projects: I am currently director of the Sloan Work and Family Research Network at Boston College, which provides online information about work-family research to people interested in workplace practice and policy, as well as to academics involved in teaching and research. In this capacity, I will continue my work analyzing state policies that affect working families. I am also looking forward to researching a range of workplace issues from a social justice perspective, such as examining the access that low-income families have to family-friendly employment policies.
