The Heights below

In this 1960s view of Boston College from the northwest, part of the upper reservoir has been filled in to accommodate Alumni Stadium (1957), Roberts Center (1958) and McHugh Forum (1958), which stand to the south and west of the stadium respectively. Other new buildings appear on Middle Campus—the School of Education's Campion Hall (1955) and the School of Nursing's Cushing Hall (1960)—while construction continues on the McElroy Commons student center and Upper Campus residence halls.
