Praise God for this wonderful father and son story because they will touch so many lives and put inspirations to all.

I’m sure Dick’s in great shape and is energized by the crowds along the way, but its obviously love — with a little help from the Father — that pushes them across the finish line. As they amply demonstrate, with love and God’s grace, we can overcome anything. Thank you Dick and Rick– and those at BC that put this together. What a story!

I remember watching my first Boston Marathon in 1997. I hadn’t heard anything about the Hoyts beforehand, but seeing this team pass by brought tears to my eyes- you just know there is something special at work. They are not only an inspiration; they remind us of what matters most.

What a wonderful idea to make a documentary about this inspirational family. I’d love to watch it, but I’m afraid I’m having trouble with the download. While file format must be used/video player is required?

Also, I must send a shout out to the Michalczyk family! John’s wife, Susan, was my favorite professor at BC!
