BC did a great job figuring out the details and making it possible for these students to study there. These students are very courageous and articulate about the conflicting feelings with their new and old towns. Thank you and them for sharing it.

As a Tulane grad and a BC Law grad, I would have enjoyed hearing from at least one of the Tulane students, not just the ones from Loyola. BC, as well as the many other insitutions that have helped, are to be commended for making the continuing education of these students the highest of priorities.

I just wanted to say how wonderful it is that Fr. Woods’ division – the College of Advancing Studies – could accommodate so many students displaced by Hurricane katrina. No better a person to lead a division that makes such an extension of support to those who need our help. Fr. Woods and his team literally built his evening college at BC and how appropriate that he can activate God’s will with such a grace-filled move! Bravo! Congrats to all of you who made this happen! Sincerely, Lianne S. Boas, A.B., Communications, ’82

BC is fortunate to have them on campus. My heart and prayers go out to them and their families. I wish them all the best of luck.
