Before his May 4 talk to a capacity crowd in Robsham Theater, historian David McCullough (center), met with Andrew Boynton (left), dean of the Carroll School of Management, and Cutberto Garza, academic vice president and dean of faculties. McCullough, the author of Truman and 1776, and twice winner of the Pulitzer Prize, spoke about “Leadership Lessons from American History” under the auspices of the Clough Colloquium series, marking the inauguration of the Carroll School’s Winston Center for Leadership and Ethics. The center sponsors research, seminars, residencies, and a public lecture series to explore topical issues concerning ethical leadership in business.
