If I make mistakes, it does not affect a real live patient. Not only is it hands on, the simulation patients can interact with you so it really feels like the hospital! What I like the best about SIM is the fact that I can discuss with my peers and instructors after. That way I can work on my weakness and not repeat the same mistakes. The SIM laboratory is one of the best things I like about the nursing school.
