Excellent use of that Boston College education. My wife, Sara – a BC grad ’76, is an Apple tech in Wellesley and also works as a Genius at the South Shore Plaza’s Apple store. My younger daughter, Erin, like yourself many years ago works at the Massachusetts General Hospital as a lab technician and is now applying for PHD programs. I graduated from BC in 1975 with a BA in Philosophy.
I am totally blown away that Boston College prepared you for such a feat as senior vice president in marketing at Apple.
In Philosophy the Jesuits never taught us about business but they certainly taught me how to become an independent thinker and social activist for social justice. Each year they have a social justice festival. I was guest artist and speaker.
You should check it out and participate in one of BC’s consciousness raising celebrations.
