Michelle Sanchez is indeed right if one considers only the sample provided in the first installment of profiles, which, as she notes, looked at 11 of the 29 new faculty. As additional photographs are taken and subsequent installments of faculty profiles are produced on @BC, it will become clear that seven of the 29 are members of ethnic groups generally described as “minority.”
