On October 17, Adam Fitzgerald ’05 and Joseph Spece ’06 held a poetry reading in Stokes S195, sponsored by the English department. Fitzgerald, an adjunct professor of literature and creative writing at Rutgers University and the New School and the founding editor of the poetry journal Maggy, read from his collection, The Late Parade (Liveright Publishing, 2013). Spece, the recipient of a Ruth Lilly Fellowship and a MacDowell Fellowship, is the editor of SHARKPACK Poetry Review. He read work from his volume, Roads (Cherry Grove, 2013). Each talked with @BC about the writing life.
