On April 29, Stefanie Sitzer ’08 and Timothy Douglas ’08 took part in the 7th Annual Arts Festival held on O’Neill Plaza. The pair used chalk to recreate a painting on the plaza’s brick walkway, one of dozens of exhibitions, performances, and readings offered by the Arts Fest. More than 12,000 people attended the three-day event, which included special programs for children and alumni.
This year, alumnus James Balog ’74 received the 3rd Annual Arts Council Award for Distinguished Achievement for his work in nature photography. His latest project, Tree: A New Vision Of The American Forest, is on exhibit at Boston College’s McMullen Museum until July 12, 2005.
