Life After BC, a series of eight workshops organized by the Undergraduate Government of Boston College, took place in meeting rooms across the University the week of April 26. The informal classes, taught by Boston College faculty and staff, ranged from a quick course in personal finances to tips for finding a dream job, balancing work and family, and continuing public service after graduation. On April 28 in the Heights Room, Michael Kann (center), associate director of dining services, demonstrated cooking in a small space and on a modest budget. He is flanked by (from left) Ana Badimon ’12, Annie Spencer ’12, Kelly Siss ’10, and Tom Langendorf ’13.
